1. General Provisions

These Terms form a legal agreement between the 9jili platform ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "player", "member"). 9jili operates a safe and reliable online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh.

3. Account Management

4.4 Source of Funds

4.5 Transactions in Your Own Name

You may only make deposits and withdrawals using a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions through third-party accounts will not be processed and the related funds may be held.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9jili offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement 10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; if the same person attempts to claim a bonus more than once, the account may be cancelled.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not possible before the wagering requirement has been met.
• A maximum bet limit applies to bets placed using bonus funds.
• 9jili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage) is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Promotional Offers

9jili provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer. If there is any conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 9jili reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error. Bet outcomes depend on the official results of the relevant event or game provider.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting is available on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international and domestic cricket matches. Applicable betting rules will be followed in the event of a mid-match abandonment or cancellation. If a match is cancelled, deposited funds will be returned.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and, in the case of live games, by real-time dealer methods. Each game has its own rules and payout structure. If a connection is lost during a game, our system will complete the game from the last recorded state and the result will be preserved.

6.4 Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

• Aggressive, abusive, or harassing behaviour

8. Limitation of Liability

9jili is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by service interruptions resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues
• Issues with third-party game providers or technical errors on their part
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence or unsafe behaviour
• Suspension or termination of service due to changes in laws or regulations by the Government of Bangladesh
• Loss caused by problems with the user's device or software

9jili's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
